Sansome and its partners sold 8 individual single tenant leased assets to investors or users that were part of the 32 Property Sunwest portfolio purchased in 2019. Assets were located in Kansas City- MO, Springfield- MO, Burlington- CO, Craig- CO, Plano- TX, Dallas- TX, Vernal- UT and Powell- WY. The sale of these assets was completed alongside a refinance of the balance of the Sunwest Portfolio. Special thanks to Marcus and Millichap that handled some sales and Four Pillars for their assistance in refinancing of the portfolio.

Sansome sold a former bank branch to Doctors Urgent Care. Former Bank branch purchased a free standing pad in one of the Shopping Centers that was part of a 5- property Kroger portfolio. Special thanks to Anthony Vitale at Landmark Commercial who handled the transaction. Doctors Urgent Care operates 21 Urgent care locations and 13 affiliate locations in the Detroit metro area.

Sansome Sold Heritage Plaza retail center in Albany, OR after releasing some of the vacant space in the center. Heritage Plaza was purchased as part of a 12 property portfolio acquired by Sansome. Special thanks goes to the brokers who handled the transaction at CPX- Kevin Adatto and Lance Sasser. Property was purchased by a highly qualified local investor in Portland.

Sansome acquired a 32-property portfolio of former grocery stores in 7 states. One property in Carrolton was short-term leased to 24 Hour Fitness at acquisition. Sansome negotiated a sale to AutoZone so the corporation could complete a new AutoZone Hub store. AutoZone renovated the store and site for occupancy in early 2021.

Sansome acquired a 63-property portfolio of Brinker restaurants in 15 states in 2016. The asset in Cary was vacated following a renewal of a number of other operating stores by Mac Grill. Sansome negotiated a sale to Jasmin & Olivz, a 7-store regional Mediterranean restaurant planning to convert the building to a high-end sit-down Mediterranean restaurant in Cary, NC. The new restaurant plans to open in late 2021.
