Tulsa AutoZone Hub Store

Sansome acquired a 32-property portfolio of former grocery stores in 7 states. One property in Tulsa was short-term leased to Office Depot / FFO Furniture at acquisition. Sansome negotiated a long-term net lease for a new AutoZone Hub store and renovated the store and site for occupancy by AutoZone.

Dollar General Grocery Store

Sansome acquired a 32-property portfolio of former grocery stores in 7 states. One property in Wichita Falls was vacant at acquisition in 2020. Sansome negotiated a lease with Dollar General for 10,845 SF of the former grocery building and processed a renovation and redevelopment of the Property for Dollar General. The remaining 8,500 SF of space is being marketed for lease by Retail Connection. Dollar General opened in Q2 of 2021.

Food Rite Grocery Store

Sansome acquired a 32-property portfolio of former grocery stores in 7 states. One property in Dallas, TX was operating in a run-down building by a grocer on a short-term lease at acquisition in 2020. Sansome negotiated a long-term lease with Food Rite for 20,233 SF of the grocery building. The remaining 7,000 SF of space is being operated by O’Reilly Auto Parts under a long-term ground lease.
