Sansome acquired a 25-property portfolio of bank buildings leased to Citizens Bank in 7 states. One property in State College, PA was run down at acquisition. Sansome negotiated a new increased lease with Citizens Bank and processed a renovation and redevelopment of the Property into a prototypical Citizens Bank. Citizens renovations are being completed in Fall 2021.
