Acquisition of 6 Property portfolio of King’s Family Restaurants
Sansome purchases a 6-Property former Kings Family restaurant portfolio from STOR capital located throughout the Pittsburgh MSA region. Bank of America Surplus Branch Acquisition
Sansome purchased a bank pad in front of a Kroger Anchored shopping center that was purchased from Kroger in 2019. 25950 Middlebelt Road was purchased from Bank of America. The goal is to renovate the bank branch building and drive up and convert it to single or multi-tenant food building. Mid-America Real Estate in Detroit is presently marketing the building for lease.
