Sansome Pacific has acquired over $3 billion of single-tenant real estate since its inception and remains and active buyer. We are actively looking for acquisition and portfolio opportunities nationwide with the following characteristics:

Transaction Size

 $1 Million-$500 Million+ (larger, portfolio transactions preferred)

Property Type

 All product types considered. Stronger preference for retail

Deal Type

 

Single Tenant

  • Hard corners preferred
  • Mature net leases with under market rent. All lease terms considered
  • All product types with strong focus on banks, restaurants, gas stations
  • Build-to-suit opportunities
  • Vacant assets

Portfolios

  • Stabilized single tenant assets with any combination of lease terms
  • Intrinsic deals with redevelopment, re-tenant or reposition play
  • Sale-Leaseback
  • Mature and mixed pools of assets – surplus assets considered
  • Master leases

Value-Add

  • Distressed or mismanaged assets with lease-up or development
  • Major renovation or reposition opportunities
  • Stabilized assets with excess land or expansion
  • Credit or recapitalization opportunities

Opportunistic

  • Quick close
  • Assumable debt
